Default Advice on Powerplay 25

I am interested in a Powerplay 25, but have never seen one in person. What is the cabin like ? Is there any seating down below? Is there enough headroom to sit up in the cabin? Also can you stand up and drive the boat or is it strictly sit down? I am looking for an inboard model.

I haven't been in the cabin, but the cockpit has about as much room as my 28, I believe it is sitdown only. PM fantastixvoyage on here, he has an awesome 25 that he's getting ready to sell here around Detroit I think.

I looked at a twin OB powered PP 25 a few years ago. The cabin is a little tight. I remember there being a V-berth and small facing settees. I cant remember if there was enough headroom to sit up. It is definitely a sit-down driving boat.

mine didn't have the cut out dash, so it was tight crawling in. The cabin is big and if your under 6' tall you can sit up in it.

I am interested in his boat, but havent been able to get ahold of him. I was hoping you could stand up and drive the boat.

Did you try a PM?

I know he's been busy getting one of his other boats together for the shootout (if he can get it together).

I'll shoot him an email letting him know as well.

Rick - thanks for the email, didn't know this thread was out there. Hadley - PM me your email/phone # and I'll stay in better touch.

Here are a few pics, in the process of repowering and trying to make it for the weekend.

I just bought a 91 with outboards this year. I also did not have the cut out dash, the cabin is a pain in the ass to get in to! I'm 5 10 180 lbs, and can barely fit. I have to squeeze between the two front seats and get on my belly to slide under. There is quite a bit of room in the cabin. Cockpit is small but they are well built boats! Definitely a sit-down boat.

No problem guys, even though I think Neil should keep the PP and sell the Phantom, but I'm partial.
