Hi 1Bn.... you mentioned in a reply to me that you had istalled gil ex on you boat. I was just wondering what improvements you saw. And what boat and motor they went on. Im trying to get an idea what to expect. thx sj

I gained about 2-3 mph. I also had to re-prop my boat because of the added rpm's.
I am running a stock 502,in a 1990 250Es 27 '....aprox.4700lbs dry weight.......Hope your install comes out good,it should and you purchased them for about a 1/3rd of the cost

thank 1BN... thats about what mose seem to think , 1 guy told me 5 mph. Im about maxed out now witha 23 mirage 136 gears at 51-5200 rpm. If i gain the 2-300 im hoping for i may be able to use a 25 .. im kinda hoping if thats true i may go from 73.5 to 76-78 gps. thanks again for the help sj
