Just as the title says...I am wondering what everyone does. What is needed to do so? I am assuming you pressurize with air and just find a way to block off all water exits?

Do you install a schrader somewhere or something?

I am sure I can figure it out, just wondering how other's do it.

i have done the lower gils before but not risers. i pluged all the holes with thread in fittings, used a bushing to attach a gauge and put a ball valve on with a air line fitting attached to it. i used the valve to let air in to 40psi and let it sit for a hour. i have wondered how to do it on the risers since they have the exits drilled in.

a guy made an inflatable plug for e-tops. a low pressure way is to stand them up and fill them with water when off engine and watch for water coming down into exh ports.

Yeah, run hose from all the external barbs to other external barbs. Put a tee in the hose somewhere and plumb a gauge in line with a ball valve to an air connection. Put pressure in, close the valve and let it sit.

I like 100 psi and 2 hours. Spray some soap solution on all the connections to make sure the hoses aren't leaking. They should hold pressure without any loss for at least an hour or two.
