Default Oil filter with bypass valve suggestion

About to fire up a freshly built mark IV, with full roller retrofit. Oil system has been updated for better flow, including replacing the original block adapter with a free flowing aftermarket version, but has no built in bypass valve. I wish to install a filter with decent flow and an internal bypass valve as backup. Filter needs to be standard thread. I do have room for longer filter.

While on the question, should I be thinking about a tighter micron rating during breakin and then switch over, or am I just thinking too deep into this now. Been a long road and ready to save some summer.
Thanks

I believe most every filter on the market today has a bypass valve installed.
with the roller setup you have I don't think a high micron is really going to make much difference, won't hurt either. Just don't put a fram filter on it. OMG what a POS !!!!
