was interested in opinions on thru hull exhaust hieght verses the waterline hieght

I am thinking why not add a 4" short radius 90 to the hose conn flared bell fitting and running right out the transom ...seems i have heard of people running out at lower locations ...ie: under platforms ect ... any thoughts on this would be quite helpfull...

don't mind getting customs made but if I could do it with 2 $80.00 fittings and some tips or even hard pipe thru the transom why not ...
