I want to run 3 or 4 batterys in my 358 but the only way i see how that could be done woul be to use a stringer mount battery box. Has anyone done this? I want extra battery juice to run my stereo and some other goodies.

I did not add them, but my 28 Pantera had them from the factory.

What did you think of them and how well did they hold up?

They were fine. One side bolted to the stringer and the bottom edge on the other side rested on the bottom of the hull. You may want to put a rubber cushion strip on the underside that rests on the hull.
