Boat 617 combat zone will not be attending any of the 2012 opa series.
With the season at almost the half way point and our boat not dialed in as we'd like. We feel it will be better to harness our time and energy to get the boat 100%
We WILL be racing the 2013 series.

Sorry to hear that. I am in the same position but may still race port Huron

If you guys can get them together by Port Huron we would love to have you. St Clair is going to bee off the chart and Port Huron is stacking up to be a double header.

What can we do to make er run?

We're just out of energy and time. Lost a lot of sleep and time with family to get it where it is. Pretty sure we popped a head gasket last test run. Leaned out and made a milkshake. We're halfway through the season haven't made 1 race yet, need to fix this issue, install new fuel pump and filter, and still play with props and propshaft height. As a team we felt our efforts would be best suited aimed at stronger effort for next season.

Sucks you guys arent going to make it this year. Dont get frustrated and loose the momentum get your $hit together for next near and make it happen. Lots of ups and downs in racing it took me couple of years to figure it out but when it all comes together its well worth it.

Lots & lots of time invested, not to mention cash $$$$ out. I / we need a chance to re group and get things right mechanically, mentally, and financially. Theres no point in running if were not 100%.

Mike this sucks but if get a burst of energy and want to try to make it happen and you need somthing call .

Im going out to test a little today and go to a old school get together so i will try to give you a ring tomorrow remember dont loose hope keep pushing it will come together and it will all be worth it when we are racing and im smackin your butt
