Default Another air to fuel question

I just found out that I have to pull my motors again. Port engine has excessive blowby, and most of the starboards intake valves are leaking. I'm sure the builder is going to tell me it was caused from lean running.
I used a Innovate LM-1 to track to afr ratio and MEFI Burn to set it @ 13.2. To 13.5 AFR. I thought this was a safe number, but apparently not. Am I missing something else? Engines are ran at 3,500rpm area 90 percent of the time. Full throttle occasionally (4,500 rpm) when getting on plain or checking engines for proper operation.

Package:
502EFI's Arneson Drives 15,000lb loaded light 20,000lbs loaded heavy
9.2 comp
Stainless Marine exhaust
Madera roller cam 1.7 roller rockers (I don't have cam specs now, I
can get them if needed)

I would really appreciate some advice to help me get off of this merry go round!
