30' twin scarab w/7.4 mpis
not going to be thrashing to hard.
Are offshore mounts worth it or just go stock

opinions?

"Stock" on high quality boats is offshore mounts.

yes,,just tell him to make sure he takes all the movement out of the trailer when he is aleigning the engine..in other words slightly jack up the trailer and set it on jack stands..if he is using a over head chain hoist to aleign the engines his weight will throw off the aleignment...another way is a bottle jack and a 4x4 in the bilge but that way is kinda dangerous..
