Default Firestone Ride Rite from etrailer

Before I get my panties all in a wad with etrailer, I want to ask those that have purchased Firestone Ride Rite bags from etrailer, or any other retailer for that matter, how the bags and hardware were packaged? I expected the bags and hardware to be packaged by Firestone. Instead, I received a plain brown box with a bunch of parts running around loose with absolutely zero packing material preventing the metal brackets from contacting the bags and the roll of red plastic air line. In fact, the air line was at the bottom of the box with all the heavy brackets laying on top of it. Does Firestone not package these kits and instead retailers have to assemble and package all the proper parts for your application? I find this odd if this is indeed the case.

Do an inventory. Mine was much more organized than that, all fasteners in bags etc. What vehicle is this for?

We sell and install the Firestone Ride Ride product at our store on a regular basis. I've been using them for 14 years now. Not one time have I ever gotten any of their products in a plain brown box with the items packed loosely. All of their products always come in a Firestone box with their product images printed all over it. All items are neatly packed inside to separate the heavier metal parts from the air lines and air springs both.

Hope this helps....

This is what I needed to know. Thanks!! Now I can give the fine folks at etrailer a call to discuss their business and packing practices.
