Default 1997 34 Powerquest Vyper tabs/drives/prop questions

I have had my Vyper for about 3 months. Went from a 24 Outlaw. So far, I like the boat, ride is good, plenty of power but I have one "concern". It seems like I can't get the bow out of the water enough. I cruise at 3200 rpm's (502 efi's with bravo one's and 26 pitch 3 blade mirages), its non step hull. She runs fine but it seems like the ass end is a little high in the water. It's like I want some weight in the back end to pull it down slightly. I generally run my drives maybe a click or click and half up, any higher and I can start to feel cavitation. I am wondering if any other Vyper owners or anybody else has an opinion. Someone mentioned spinning the props the other way just too see but I am not convinced this will make much of a difference. Chime in, I am curious what people's theory is. Like I said, if this is the ride I should be expecting thats fine, I just want to make sure I am not missing something. I am trying to get it dialed in for the best ride, not the speed. We boat on Lake Erie with younger kids so the ride is my priority.

Are your props turning in or out? If they are turning out you don't want to turn them in if you already have too much stern lift. If they are spinning in then I would turn them out and see how it carries the nose then. Brett at BBlades can add some cup to those Mirage Plus props to help carry the bow more too.

Easy enough to find out. Swap the props. No need to mess with shifters until you know whether or not you like the change. Reverse becomes forward and vice-versa. I bet you will like the difference. Especially around the dock.
