I'm potentially looking for a different boat.
What I would like:
Center console
cuddy cabin
toilet under console
Under 30 Feet
Under $30k
I haven't really found anything with the toilet under the console thats under 30 feet. wife won't do porta potti in cabin, i'm not fond of them my self.
Any suggestions??

The Fountains have a pretty nice cabin but will most likely be a porta potti under the V berth. Tradionally if it has a cuddy thats where the head/potti will be.
I have the standard porta potti in my 24' Sonic cuddy and my wife loves it. I even put a toilet paper dispenser in the side of the berth by the pot for her
Close the cabin door for privacy and open the bow hatch for your fart fan. Not near as bad as people think.
I remember one particularly gratifying Sunday morning on the boat by myself (after a night of partying) on the old home lake (first of season), floating around w/the hatch open, reading the Sunday paper while enjoying my morning constitutional
A small boat is what you make it.

I'm gonna guess that most center consoles with a foreward cabin that are 30' and under don't have a console big enough for an average sized adult to crawl inside and sit on a crapper. Depending on the hull/deck/cabin layout you could always add a real flushing toilet inside the cabin.

Just did a 27' Proline and it also had batteries and oil tanks in his.
They also try to have as much storage for fishing tackle too so it's handy to the captain who may be a charter guy.

Just to give you an idea of the Stratos layout.

I would say beam has to be 9' or so for the console to be large enough to fit a head, I think your in the fish boat category, I also think it's a realtively new idea so your probably wont find anything under 30K. Check out the Concept 32, it has a forward dedictaed porta potti, no cabin just a head, probably going to be minimum 50-60K though
