Either a head gasket is popped or a cracked block is my guess. I popped a head gasket once and it filled the oil with water. Did you winterize it properly last time. Did this just start? If it just started, I would guess head gasket.

iron heads? salt water? raw water cooling? the head has probably rotted through. it rots into exhaust passage. weak link with big blocks. in the sportfish world, there are NO raw water big blocks. i am really surprised how few closed cooling systems there are in the go-fast world...

I just had the same issue, the valve guides were all rotted out. Pull your heads and have new exhuast valve guides pressed in. Cost was $120.00 at the machine shop. Here is a picture of one of my better ones. Note- I was told the engines I bought (from a OSO memeber) were fresh water use, that was a flat out lie, but thats a whole other story!

Do you have an inline oil cooler? That would do it.
