Default What prop for IMCO w/1.36 gears ??

I just blew up my second set of gears in my bravo 1 in 20 hours. I have a line on a IMCO extreme with 1.36 gears. My current set up is:
1998 242 Checkmate
Hp500, K-planes, Mayfair hydro steering.
Bravo 1 with 26 pitch prop. 70-73 mph@ 5200rpm

What prop should I use with the 1.36 IMCO?
Thanks!

From my exp. the SC upper won't hold up any longer than the B1 XR, same gears, however you have a better chance of salvaging the upper housing because of the replaceable steel tower. The SC lowers on the other hand seem to be very durable.

I dropped 4 pitches from a 30 to a 26 4 blade Bravo 1. Went from Bravo XR 1.5 gear to a Bmax with 1.3 gears.
With that size boat and an HP500 a standard Bravo drive should hold up fine. Have a buddy that has a Checkmate 280ZT with wth HP500 EFI and runs a standard Bravo 1 and has had no problems. Unless you are running a blower or big power?
I have a fully rebuilt and upgraded XR that has zero hours if you want a good Bravo. Wife said it has to go, I like having an extra drive around!!!
