Vyper 4 Meter - Who's Looking For a Cool Small Boat?
#1
Ive had this since 2007 and its been an absolute blast to own. I think it would be a cool boat for someone with a bigger boat to clone it and have a mini.

There's a little '68 mini v-bottom about 45min from me. Can't remember the brand off hand. It is basically a shell with a 'rude 70 hanging off the back. It comes with a steering wheel and steering cable but not installed. I called just thinking a $2-300 small project would be fun. Guy wants $1000. Really??? I questioned him about the motor he says it runs great so obviously I say "If I head out there today you can fire it up?" He back pedals saying well the carbs might be gummed, I haven't run it in 2yrs
Can somebody explain to me where these peoples heads are? I've bumped into the same situation half a dozen times this year.
Sorry for the high jack, that Vyper is cool looking and has to be a complete blast to mess around with!
