We have a 28 ss here whit a blown BB 890 hp and after 2 hrs the XR gave up ,now where thinking to get the SSM 5 from the shelf and put that on whit the trans build in the stand off box .

Any one have experience whit big power and a SSM drive on a 28 SS whit or whit out stand off box ?

Scotty B from Geico just swapped his bravo for a ssm 3 on his 24' pantera. We'll find out this weekend in st clair how it works out!

Personally I'd say go for it! One less thing to worry about breaking
