Thinking about possibly moving to the Phoenix/buckeye area. What is boating on Pleasant like? I'd be coming off Havazoo, so I am hoping for less stupidity, and thuglife wannabees.

Unfortunately you're in for more of the same. Seems about 10 years ago the thugs in AZ found out about boating. We still have fun at Pleasant but you have to be discerning about where and who you raft up with. To be optimistic if there's a bigger idiot than "you" out there, "you" won't get stopped by the police. Hope to see you out there.

I have been out there a few times and have not had any issues. I am thinking about heading out sunday. anyone else going to be out there?

I boated on pleasant for years, I hear it's not the same as it was back in the day. Lots,of boat traffic and law enforcement is everywhere! Constantly checking everyone!!
Beautiful lake though!!

I go out to Pleasant from time to time.
