I need the hollow tubes that go thru the transom for the hydraulics on the K Planes. Who may have these in stock and how much. Mine rotted out, and one of them was leaking into the transom.

Your Merc dealer should be able to get you what you need. I have had luck receiving K-Plane parts in a few days.

I thought they were stainless steel.. Mine are ..

They are stainless steel. I had a steering fitting do the same thing, and it turned out to be an electrical problem behind the dash. A wire rubbed through and made the steering helm hot, the hoses have steel in them, so it made the fittings hot.
