scarab, we're running down from Newburg on Saturday and heading out to Fire Island, on Sunday we're heading back and staying at Liberty Landing Marina.

Have fun on your trip, we were thinking about going that route on Sunday, depending on what time we got back to the harbor.

The Crab Shell in Stamford Harbor is a good destination and won't be too far once you get into the sound.

Thanks for the info. I was at the "Crab Shell" a couple of years ago .. I thought it was called the Crab Shack .. Cool place... I put the trip off till next weekend cause of the rain ..
