Default 496 plugs - rear plug port side?

Is there some secret to getting to the rear plug on the port side? I've got twin 496 mags in a 29 Outlaw and managed to change the other 14 plugs but couldn't get to these. Looks like there is a stainless line coming from the oil filter that runs in front of the plug. Any tips would be appreciated.

I have no direct knowledge of your situation just years of changing plugs on header equipped cars. Many times I was able to change a plug with a 13/16" box/open end wrench when I could not get a socket to work. Might this be a solution?

I couldn't get the starbord side plug out. I had a mechanic try with no luck either. He said the fuel line or the other oil line has to come off.
