Default Best Marine Stereo head

What is the best marine stereo head unit in the $400 range? I want blue tooth streaming, usb input. I have 2 JL amps, one for the sub, one for the mains it needs to run. I would like to be able to use 2 wired or wireless remotes with it (helm and swim platform). Single DIN. I can live without blue tooth streaming if it has an ipod input.

I've two of the Alpine 9886's that go4broke linked to. Mine is also driving two JLAudio amps. It has a lot of preamp outs so lots of options there with stereo set up. Also has lots of adjustments for sound; Q level for base, cut off and center frequency for base and treble, and subwoofer level. Not saying there aren't more sophisticated out there. I just really like it.

If its in the cabin, you don't really need a marine unit. I'm on my 3rd Sony automotive head unit in my boat, and each one has worked fine. I have just upgraded to better features.

Get the Alpine 9886M. You can't go wrong. The wireless remotes are great!

Sounds like the 9886 is a good choice. Thanks for the input.

Brian-The radio is in the cabin, and is a very tempermental Sony, so I want to try a different brand.
