Default Blown starter fuse...part number?

I have 05 350 mag mpi with bravo 3. I need a starter fuse. I found these 2 part numbers. They look similar and both are 90AMP...Any differance?
#88-79023T90
#88-79023A91

The second p/n is the correct one 90 amp 88-79023a91... one question though... Why did it blow? that is alot of amps

I disconnected orange alternator wire and grounded on accident. Had batteries on
