Default Best bodo for filling

What's the best kind to use on the exterior of our hull.Where they filled in the transom ect there are many high and low spots.Sanded it all out good.Want to skim it over with some filler or bondo to block it out and make smooth.Don't want to use fiberglass cloth and resin because in some spots it would be way to thick. Some parts would be under water now and then but not for long periods.JOHN SR

for general fairing and filling you cant beat 3M's premium marine. I also like the white VE filler at Michigan Fiberglass.
