does anyone have one that they might be able to fax or e-amil to me??? I have to get my new dash cutout but i am still waiting for the indicator panel!!!!

still do!!!! I calle dmerc and they said they could mail it to me. They said they would also fax it but it hasn't been sent as of yet.
