Default Standart Bravo vs Imco -2" Shorty with +2" Spacer

Hello from germany, i need some help.

What are the diffrence in speed.

Bravo One standart vs Imco -2" Shorty with +2" Spacer

Have anyone test this ?

I now -2 +2 are now diffrence in x-dim, but the cases ared diffrend.

I have buy 2x -2" Imco Shortys and on the Testrun the boat have no bow lift. I slowed me down, only in rough water i have 1kmh more speed.

Now if i add +1" ore +2" Spacer what are the diffrence ??

I only run 71mph.

The imco -2" with +2" are longer like a bravo with nose cone and the imco have one cavitationblate less. Is the section importend for bow lift ?

Boat: Scarab 28", no pad, no step, deep V, twin 502 EFI,
I have test it with standart Props 26" and 28" Bravo.

The surface are is bigger on the imco lower compared to the stock bravo lower, but the consensus is that the imco is hydrodynamically more efficient.
Every boat is different, what rpms are you running at 71mph and which of your props? If your slip is high you might want to try a 5 blade prop.
If you decide to get rid of your lowers, I'm looking for a -2.

I use with my bravo standart drives 28" standart Bravo One props, best mid rang, mirage plus 27" best top end.

Standart drive 27" mirage Plus 4800rpm 9,5% 119,2kmh lake water many trim
Standart Drive 28" bravo 4700rpm 11% 118,6kmh lake water many trim
Imco -2". 28" bravo 4700rpm 13,2% 116,8kmh lake water no trim
imco. -2". 26" bravo 5000rpm 17,5% 109,6kmh lake water no trim
Imco -2". 28" bravo 4800rpm 12% 121,4kmh rough water no trim
No trim mean, with the shortys i have no bow lift

Bravo vs Imco standart -0"

Slip looks good with the 28 B1 prop. Seems like your boat likes the leverage the longer stock lower provides.
