Need a good carb guy near Sacramento to help tune motor
I have a 86 400 Scarab with twin 454 gen 4 bored .40 over with full roller cam and 1.7 rockers 177 blowers with 950 Holley carbs. I have Holley blue electric fuel pumps with 6.5 psi , DUI ignitions, with 26 bravo ones and stainless exhaust.
Runs ways rich on the low end and leans out on the top end don't want to burn the motor up so any advise would be helpful.

I have not checked it at WOT. Sorry about that when I'm half throttle and under loading up transom is black. But when I get on it seems like I'm running out of gas
Spark plugs were really gray after 3/4 to full throttle run and no chocolate colored plugs hahaha more like a gray color
