The summer is winding down and have not had anything for oneida lake. Trying to get a group together to do fun run. Looking to run from Sylvan Beach to either Waterfront or Old boat house. Meeting at old canal Wall at 10:30 in Sylvan Beach. I have quite a few boater from alex bay interested since the water level is so low. I have a few commited that want to do some rador runs as well. It will be either the 15 or 16 dependent on weather. This is a non sanction event so no sponsors. Just a group of boaters getting together to have some fun. Please bring your life jackets. The run will be on the 15th. We are leaving from sylvan beach at 10:30am. Leaving from the canal view wall. from the feedback we should have about 40 boats. Many are arriving friday and parking on the wall.

We were trying to keep this low key, but it has gone viral....go figure.

I want to reiterate that this is a casual run, just some friends getting together to run the lake for maybe the last time this season. This is not a sponsored event, there is no fee or profit being made. No money will exhange hands. Anyone is welcome to join this last ride.

My group is meeting on the wall Friday night and Saturday morning. We plan to leave Saturday morning about 11 am and head to the west end for a 12:30 lunch at the Waterfront in Brewerton. Waterfront will have a lunch buffet set up, it is pay per head, please support them for lunch. We will leave the lunch stop and cruise to 3 mile bay for an after noon raft up, then head back to the beach for dinner and the after party. Plenty of options back at the beach for rooms and dinner. Most of us will stay on the wall for the night.

We have everything from triple digit race boats to even a jet boat in our crew, all are welcome. Please wear a live vest, tether, and stay sober for the day, there will be lots of boats and this lake can get chopped up quick.
