525 head gasket?

Mercs replacement is $135+- Falpro, half the price.
Any difference? Do I REALLY have to get the Merc racing replacement or a Falpro willl be ok.?

I think the Merc is a Cometic Gasket pretty good stuff. You can buy it through many sources.
