These upper and lower cabin door stops made a huge difference when running with the door open. They solidly eliminated the annoying movement and rattles. The upper stop I made out of stainless steel and then powder coated grey, it has a aluminum tapping plate epoxied behind it. I used stainless steel flat head screws to attach. The stainless steel knurled thumb knob is from Carr-Lane as is the threaded Rubber snubber. The lower door stop was modified out of half of the original factory one. I made the snubber end out of aluminum and powder coated white. This lower stop holds the cabin door snug against the hidden rubber bumper under the helm on the opposite side.

Thanks guys, I do have the advantage of being a foreman at a Fixture and Gage tooling company so I have access to a lot of material and equipment. I figured I pass along some of the things I done to help others/get ideas.
