The small engines may be the reason why he is trying to let it go for so cheap. He might be having a hard time selling her with that kind of power. Plus, it's the end of the season and he may not want to be bothered with winterizing (did I just say that word?), storing and so on. Might be worth looking into for someone in the market. May end of with a great deal.

Actually if you're in the market you may want to email the guy... The 454's would bring the value down. You never know why people are selling but sometimes you run into someone hurting for cash. Give him a shout and go look at it.

Sounds like a good price. I paid $39k for my 1997 380 Avenger w/502's and trailer back in May. Other than a little buffing and some upholstry work on the sundeck, it is in excellent condition with 450hrs. We love the boat and have no regrets now that I am comfortable running the twins.

I wish I could buy and sell a couple boats a year like some guys!
