Default Oil Sending Unit being replaced

Anyone know what size wrench you need to remove the adapter fitting that goes into the block on a Merc 454, 340 HP?

I am replacing mine on my port motor (Carver 42) and it is in a tight spot and want the correct size wrench before I climb back there......I know the Oil sending unit is a 9/16, The adapter fitting is what is I need to know

THANKS IN ADVANCE!!!!!

If it's a 3/8" NPT bushed down to 1/8" NPT, they're typically 11/16" wrench size.
