Default For the muscle car guys

Just figured I'd share my latest project, since I went boat less this summer I needed something to throw money at Custom 1970 Buick skylark convertible.

The only thing I didn't do myself on the car was the the top and spray the paint, I would've done that too, but jambs were bad enough to do in the driveway.

Let me know what you think

Awesome!!!! Damn old cars look sweet when they're restored. All the new cars look the same, you can't tell one from another without reading the badges. 60's and 70's cars all had their own personalities. You did a great job. One less Muscle Car in the crusher!! Fantastic!!

I just clicked back on this thread to show my son the beautiful muscle car and I am amazed and confused, 121 people have viewed this thread and I'm the only one that has made a comment about the good job on this car. Am I missing something? Nobody out there likes muscle cars! I just can't believe out of 121 looks nobody but me has given a thumbs up. Very strange! Oh well. Just my .02 worth.

Thanks for the kind words!! I'm in auto sales, and basically only drive older cars. Yeah, not too many comments, but I have that effect on people I guess

my buddy pat has a 1970 gs 455 stage 2..was a factory drag race car,,its got like 7000 miles on it..manual steering and brakes car is mint tho..Buizilla on here is a big buick fan also..gobbs of torque, wish they had a strong oiling system, would make a great marine engine and make gobs of torque,as much as a bbc and their only 50 lbs heavier then a sbc..
