Anyone Know This 23 Outlaw FS

My friend's son is looking at it. Says its super clean and going to get a survey done. Just wondering if anyone knew the boat or had thoughts on it. Thanks!

I don't know that boat, but just a heads up that there I saw one listed on the Richmond, VA Craigslist just this week or so.
