I have (3) 2001 Ford 4r70 W transmissions I recently acquired, these are ZERO MILE, never been rebuilt , NEVER RAN or EVER INSTALLED IN ANYTHING,factory new old stock. Complete with new,not rebuilt oem torque convertors, all electronics , all factory seal plastic caps and plugs all the way around and filled with the factory spec mercon fluid too. Two of them are 2wd like the trucks, mustangs, marauders, town cars etc used with 4.6l/5.4 and the 3rd is a 4wd . These are a direct replacement for 1998-2003 fords, new they listed at 3200$, my whole sale cost is still 2800$, I am asking 1250$ firm and I am willing to warranty them if there was a problem as I have been rebuilding transmissions for over 30 years, Smitty

I'm 100 miles north of Detroit in Vassar area. From what I understand the 04 up use a different tooth count on a relucter ring (I think in the planets not the output shaft) and speed output signal will feed computer wrong info. They will directly work from 98-03 and will work in 96/97 applications with a internal harness and epc solenoid change, Smitty
