That boat didnt want to sink, must have had some good
flotation.

USCG approved foam...

Funny, if that was a lake in MI or MN you would be fined over $1000 per day if your motorized vehicle went down and you didnt retrieve it. But I guess its OK to shoot the **** out of, burn and sink a boat in the ocean??
