I know someone that rides in the helicopters. They are not allowed to hurt anyone. When they arrive they have to shoot out the engines fast otherwise the passengers will lay on the hatches and they have a harder time stopping them.

so given 10 feet from the steering wheel to the transom, how do you shot out the motors of a moving boat from a moving helicopter in the open ocean without hurting anybody??? That would be some serious grouping...
if you listen to the audio the boat has three inboard engines and going at a speed of 30 knots i guess thats not to bad with 5220 pounds of coke
