Well a while back I was in a thread on here and some guys said a 28 Pantera would be great around 40k, okay well I am getting impatient and if my Pro-Line ever sells I would like to get into something like this for a while http://www.boattrader.com/listing/20...port-101808141 Could anyone tell me what they think of that particular boat and possibly give recommendations of others for sale? I am very serious about a 24 Pantera after a lot of research, and I am now only a boat away. I really love the lay out of that one, and the twin outboards, I never run with more than 4 people except maybe once a year, and normally alone so that cockpit layout wouldn't bother me a bit. Thanks guys.

$.02 I've heard from many that any 24x7 2ob are twitchy mofos.
I'd do a though sea trial to see if it fits the bill & your comfortable running it.
It is a great looking boat though. The twins look sick.
Good luck.

Yeah, I never even thought about that, thank you for that little piece of advice, it makes sense. I like to run the boat hard on the sea trial anyway just so I know what it takes going into it.

ive heard the Twin OB boats are a hand full. Ive talked to the owner once. He did some testing with weight in the bow and he said it ran good. Still needed more but was on the correct path.
The 24 is a nice boat and i have never been on one just read the forms so it could all be BS about it being a hand full.
Since your in Ohio you have the same season of MI. I would think she may be put up for the winter but can always call the guy. I think he stores it indoors. But i will be in his area friday night. If you want to work something out with the seller i can stop over and look at it.
