why is it so hard to sell a 10k boat? i have a 9 out of 10 boat its been a great first boat and would recomend this or a outlaw 24 to anybody.... great for the lake and river but no calls what am i missing? any imput please...

Had it on boat trader, Craigslist and auto rv trader.. Gonna try here now as well..

Nobody has any money. I ended up practically giving away a motorcycle in the middle of summer. I think people in the $7500-12000 range are nervous about the economy and keeping their money in savings

Unless its showroom new or has been updated to look/run like a new one
you may not get 10k..

I have had great luck on ebay. Cheap to list and can write a book about it.

depends on drive and power, some 87s had omc and alpha drives which are worthless in this market. friend sold one with omc nice shape 6000 3 or for years ago.

Just the market. There's a few around for sale in the 10k range, but there are so many 24' boats for sale in the 5-7k range you really have to have the upper hand to make a deal
