Yes..but you would need to buy the 3.5 Pully from Procharger..it's $90..but then you will not need all of the other parts that are required for the 5psi....the upgrade cost about 1200..it includes new injectors(38lbs) wire harness fuel pressure regulator..ect ect ..if you want more detailes about it..feel free to call me..Jack 330-502-4478..thanks

I have seen others on here talking about needing bottom end upgrades too use 5psi looks like you have a lot of stuff I would not be able too use

Yea..I gues the novelty of this kit is you could buy the 3.5 pulley and bolt it on and if you ever decide to upgrade it you have all the stuff you need...the upgrade kit cost anywhere from 900 to 1200..so it possible to resell the upgrade kit or I'd even split it up if someone just wanted it without it..
