Gull Island-Thursday boat nights back?
For many years (1994-2000) thursday night was "boys night out" on the boats- radar runs, racing, etc... want to start the tradition again. We usually meet at Gull island between 5:00 and 7:00 p.m. to get things going-who's interested?

My friend Gary (25 Active Thunder )used to go out there all the time a few years ago. He was wondering if it is still happening .

Of course "girls" are allowed-just doesn't seem like there are many that are too interested anymore-I love to see the women out there. I brought my wife out a few times and she was usually the only female. That is why i put the "" around "boys"-

I used to see Gary out there all of the time-ask him if he remembers me-
I have been spreading the word-2 or 3 people are waiting for the winter repairs to be finished (you know how that goes)

Here is my life story:
I just had my second son and need to wait until he can run in whatever i buy, just talked my wife into a "pleasure" cat she is partial to Fountains, so i am currently boat shopping-
In order I have owned:
24 Baja w/ a 330 (that started it all)
24 Challenger (Aerotek) 800 h.p. 572 (busted in half-hull delaminated, think i would stop after that?-hell no!)
4 fountains, all white with red and black stripes. 88-10 meter with 725 blower motors. 91 with 550 normally aspirated. 2-92's with 750-800 horsepower.
97-36 Skater-788 h.p. Tyler Crockett motors raced it in modified under the name "Lethal Injection" It was then sold and known as the Mercury Racing boat. Then i ran around with my partner in the race boat in his 36 Skater with twin 1100's built by Ron at Dynamic Speed, boat is now known as "Critical Lift" aka Hoist Racing-owned by Marty Flaska
2001 raced a 31 awesome in supercat lite inboard. Leaning toward duplicating that boat in pleasure version.
