Default Mercury racing 525 EFI engine

Mercury racing 525 EFI engine and headers in excellent condition.

2006 model bought in 2009
Refreshed in 2009, new bearings, rings, valves relapsed and balanced.
Diesel coupling
Dry water pump
Said offshore front mount

ECU data

The rpm breakdown shows it is unlikely the engine has ever been raced, it hasn't since we owned it thats for sure. Here is the data downloaded.

Run time total 62.9hrs

0-1999 rpm - 38.5hrs
2000-2499 - 1.1hrs
2500-3499 - 4.2hrs
3500- 4199 - 5.5hrs
4200- 4699 - 5.7hrs
4700-4999 - 3.8hrs
5000-5199- 2.4hrs
5200-5299- 0.5hrs
5300+ - 0.9hrs

Rpm limit 0sec

Engine is literally ready to be installed, connect and turn key.

Why would it needed a refresh at 62 hours? Or does it only have 62 hours since the refresh?

We weren't happy how it was running, as said hadn't owned it since new hence a refresh wasn't going to take any chances.
Other than being tested hasnt covered any hours since refresh and is now surplus to requirements.
