Just got word my Jersey Shore is a mess. We had 4 foot of water in garage and 2 foot on first floor. No other major damage. Time to rebuild, will be better than ever. How is everyone else doing?

I'm in Ocean Beach Unit III, third house from beach very lucky only water seapage thru front and slider doors. Yesterday allowed entry to island for one hour. All I could do was tear out some of the carpet, and helped my neighbors out.

Same boat as you Gary. Most Chadwick Beach Island homes saw the flooding. Our 20' Boston Whaler is missing as it floated off blocks. Made out better than alot of people in the barrier island for sure. Devastation in Ortley is unreal.

I hear ya, thank God the Chiro One apache was in north jersey. I could not imagine if we left it in front of the house. I was only hoping for water in the garage. Looks like first floor is destroyed. I guess we have to begin the paperwork process now.
