K&N Filter question

I bought a used Arizona Speed and Marine K & N filter from Von Bongo on this site. The boat it came off of was a 1995 Fountain and I put it on a 1999 Fountain. My boat has the serpentine belt and I think the 95 models had V belts. It fits perfectly.
