On display this Thursday, Friday, Saturday at the Orland0 Convention Center PRI Show. 250 MPH by a team headed by boat builder/designer Harry Schoell. Bit player, Brownie.

I read a great article about their steam engine a while back and not heard anything since. Was almost to sci fi to believe except for the crew involved.
I have my credentials for the PRI show but not sure if I'm going to make it.

Wow, that's absolutely awesome! Speaking as somebody with a healthy respect for steam (I get nervous around my steam iron), that's one hell of a fast boiler! Nice work!

Some of you motorheads should come by and see our stuff. We have an engine that runs underwater, starts, stops and throttles like a nomal engine, except that it does not require air (other than the 02 contianed in the fuel) to run. It is also space capable. We have another one that runs on pig poop.....
