Default Insurance Companys SUCK!!!!!!

How long are they allowed to jerk people around?
Dealing with boat insurance that says 1 day boats totaled next day maybe not? Boat was sunk for a week in SALT WATER WTF?
Flood adjuster was out 33 days ago still hasnt turned over final report to company.

It doesn't mean anything. Just saying they might be digging around a little, they might not be. I am NOT saying you did anything wrong. But it does happen and ins companies need to protective themselves as much as they can. Or the underwriter on your claim is really lazy and wants to make you wait.

Ohhhhh could be a few things. They could be waiting for there reinsurance to pay them to pay you. Anytime there is a natural disaster with thousands of claims it takes time. Don't get me wrong it's frustrating I just deal with insurance companies all day and can maybe shed a little light on it.

Sonic was lost in storm sunk bow down on pilings insurance company paid in full just took a while

ouch couple . claims for totaled boats . that might slow things down a little . hope not though .
