I didn't know Outerlimits built a lot of boats in 93?
Probably the cheapest one I have seen too, I am going to guess this ISN'T an Epoxy boat? LOL

I was thinking about making him an offer, not sure if my tow vehicle is strong enough to pull it though, its a 1993 Mercedes Benz Silverado, what do you guys think? LOL

I think I figured it out. Burlington Vermont Home of Ben and Jerry's Ice Cream, Hippy's and a lot of weed. All mixed together in a smoked up rage they happen to invent The" Baja outer limits".
