Not really. My Hustler talon is hard to beat. Kind of hoping I don't sell it! Yet, it is not my optimal size. I think a 33 cat with twin 900's would be just the right size. With the 377 I have to have someone with me to help with docking - not as young as I used to be!
Lake Tahoe is a big lake and when the wind comes up you really want something bigger than a 30 ft, and cats are faster....!

With the 25 ft warlock, previous owner said 115 with 30 pitch prop. I think it is under geared too, bet it gets to speed real fast. Previous owner Said he was never beaten with this Motor/drive set up. Haven't taken it out yet, winterized it the same day I got it to protect it. Was going to freeze that very night...
Hey kitty, saw you have a nice 31sxt. My first cat was a 95 31ft sxt. Twin 600 HP. Really liked the cuddy, even had a toilet in it and a bed!
Mine porposed at 90-95 mph. Is this common on 31's? What motors in yours, saw it is a fairly recent year.

The hustler has done 146 per GPS. Using cell phone GPS app I clocked 127 at 6250 ft elevation using 32 pitch 4 blade instead of original 36 pitch 5 blades. Really stable all the way up to this speed. Was on delta doing 130+ at sea level with 5 blade props and we were really cooking. Started to have that skater feel, was up out of the water. Hard to explain the feeling, but it was cool!

The reason i bought this cat was the cabin, it has the birth, head and even had Carter fab a sink and ice chest into the cabin on the passenger side next to the bulkhead between the cabin and cockpit.

I've only driven (2) 31 SXT, one with 500 EFIs and and tunnel tabs and mine with 496 HOs. Both had extension boxes, not sure if your '95 did. The one with 500s we did 104 on the inter coastal off LA and I never felt a hop or a bob. Mine with the 496s will hop over 80 when the water is like glass, however any chop and a good bit of real estate and I can see 90 with no porpoise.

This was my first cat and I really liked it. Very, very heavy. Weighed it with trailer and full tanks at 11,400!
Sold it to guy in Ohio. It was solid red. Pm me with your email and I will send you pics of it
