What do you think its worth?

Hello fellow members. I am considering selling my pride and joy. I got divorced last year and would like to get back into a house so selling my truck will free up some money for a down payment.
Here is what I have.
1987 GMC Sierra Classic 1500 4x4
350 TBI fuel injected V8 / Automatic transmission
44600 Original Miles!!
Power windows, locks, tilt, cruise (all work)
Factory sliding rear window
Original AM/FM/Cassette radio with four speakers (dash is not cut)
Newer tires, new battery, new shocks and steering stabilizer, new rear brakes
Original rally wheels with beauty rings
Exhaust replaced with dual flowmaster mufflers
Frame and body are solid. Still has the original paint.
This truck has been in my family since new, purchased from Rice Olds/GMC in Knoxville TN by my father in 1987. He drove it for a few years before we gave it to my grandfather who drove it very little until he gave it back to me three years ago. This truck is a survivor, all original except for minor replacement parts. Still has original paint and interior with the exception of the headliner. This truck has been garaged its entire life until a year ago when I had to move to an apartment. I have the original owner's manual as well as both sets of original keys. See link below for additional pictures.

What it needs:
As with any vehicle that has sat for a while, it needs a few things to be perfect. I have done quite a bit but it is not done yet.
1) I replaced the headliner two years ago with a replacement item from LMC truck, I should have done my homework as it has not turned out to be a very good one and it needs to be replaced or redone. It is sagging a little bit. A competent person with interiors could probably redo this one at a fraction of the cost of a new one.
2) I had the air recharged two years ago as well and it worked until the compressor got noisy and it has since quit blowing cold. It really needs a new compressor which is not too expensive for these trucks.
3) Lastly, it has a fuel system gremlin. The truck starts and runs well but will then sputters out. I had some work done last year where they replaced the pump in the drivers side tank but there needs to be more done. Someone needs to go through it as I am sure there is some junk from the fuel in the system somewhere. This truck sat for almost 4 years when my grandfather fell ill. Before it started acting up, this truck drove like a dream. The transmission shifts well and it tracks straight down the road. Transfer case works well as do the automatic hubs.
So that is the story on the truck. I don't really want to sell it but apartment life sucks and I miss having a garage. I know I could not replace this truck but hopefully I can get a decent price for it and someone can get a fantastic ride.
What are your thoughts? Anyone interested in it?

If the truck is that clean all the way around, no rust or anything, I would say 47-5500 is a area to start. These trucks are starting to become scarce esp in good shape, people are looking for them.

5 grand on a good day, reality probably in the 2-3 grand area. Problem is its older and scarce but really isnt a classic yet. But some guy may want to buy it and jack it up. I just dont see a lot guys buying it to keep it original unless somebody were to buy as a first car for a child. Good luck. Like others said put it on ebay or craigslist and go from there. find some others for sale and see what they are getting.
