If you can't replace what you are selling for the money, and don't want to pay more to move up, then why sell? A nice 90's TG is going to be more, maybe significantly more, than $70k with trailer.

Its still for sale. Probably one of the nicest cafe's around! If my budget was about 15k more I'd own it.
