Default dry exhaust

I got a new motor and it came with dry exhaust, and right under the exhaust tips is the swim platforms. which is where the water dump would go. What im asking is if I can just put the dumps under the platforms and have the water dumps closer to the water line if not underneath it. Thanks

You can put the water dumps anywhere you want as long as you have the ability to extend the dump hoses.

You can see where I mounted mine. (they are the oval plates with the dumps in them)

A word of advice don't mount them on the hullsides, unless you constantly want people pulling up to you to tell you that your boat is sinking
